Oravoice provides AI-powered voice agents for handling inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions. You agree to use the Services only for lawful business purposes and to ensure that all call usage complies with applicable communication, consent, and data protection laws, including but not limited to TCPA, GDPR, or similar regulations. You are responsible for obtaining all required customer consents before initiating or recording calls.
You may not use the Services for spam, scams, or deceptive practices. You may not record or monitor calls without proper legal consent. You may not bypass safeguards, abuse system limits, or interfere with platform functionality. You may not upload or transmit malicious, unlawful, or infringing content.
Oravoice may integrate with third-party providers such as telephony, CRM, or analytics tools. Phone numbers, call routing, and telephony services are typically provided by third parties and are not included in your Oravoice subscription. We are not responsible for third-party services, pricing, downtime, or data handling.
Oravoice offers subscription-based plans and may offer free trials or promotional access. Pricing, features, and billing terms are displayed on our pricing page or agreed upon in writing. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law. You are responsible for any third-party usage fees incurred through integrations.
All software, models, interfaces, branding, and content provided by Oravoice remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the Services without written permission. You retain ownership of your business data and content submitted to the platform. You grant Oravoice a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely to provide and improve the Services.
Your use of Oravoice is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. You are responsible for ensuring that any customer data processed through Oravoice is collected and used lawfully.
We strive to maintain reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, access will continue until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or misuse the Services.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales results, or conversion rates. Oravoice does not provide legal or compliance advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oravoice shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Oravoice in the preceding twelve months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oravoice from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of applicable laws or regulations, or infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Oravoice operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance.
