Free Trial

What's Included

All Oravoice.io subscription plans include a 3-day free trial, which allows you to explore available features and usage limits based on the selected plan.

No Obligation

You may cancel anytime during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, no charges will be applied. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your selected payment method will be charged according to your chosen plan.

Subscription Cancellations

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Oravoice.io account dashboard.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation prevents future billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, whether monthly or annual.

No Partial Refunds

We do not provide refunds for unused time or remaining credits within an active billing period, unless required by applicable law.

Monthly Subscription Refunds

Policy

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period. Once a monthly billing cycle begins, refunds are not available for that cycle.

Example

If you start a monthly plan on May 5 and cancel on May 20, your service will continue until June 4, but no refund will be issued for unused days.

Annual Subscription Refunds

Standard Policy

Annual plans are billed upfront and are non-refundable after the initial refund window, except where required by law.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your annual subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the subscription start date, provided the request is submitted within that period.

After 14 Days

Once the 14-day window has passed, no refunds or partial refunds are issued. You may cancel to prevent renewal at the end of the annual term.

Usage & Overage Charges

Overage Fees

Charges incurred for usage beyond your plan's included limits, such as additional call minutes or usage-based costs, are non-refundable, as they reflect actual service consumption.

Third-Party Costs

Any fees related to third-party integrations or phone number providers are managed separately and are not refundable by Oravoice.io.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
