Examples of acceptable use include handling inbound customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and conducting compliant outbound calls using Oravoice voice agents.

Uploading or transmitting content that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, or misleading, infringing intellectual property rights or using copyrighted scripts without permission, and distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code are not allowed.
Attempting to overload, disrupt, or interfere with Oravoice’s systems, circumventing usage limits or security safeguards, and reverse engineering, modifying, or accessing the platform without authorization are prohibited.
Impersonating individuals, businesses, or government entities, falsifying caller ID information, and using Oravoice for phishing, scams, or deceptive schemes are not permitted.
